Loved the decor of the reception area. Big comfy sofa's in quirky upholstery, lovely to relax in at any time.
Room didn't look like the advertised rooms when we booked. Old hotel room, needs a renovation, so too does the bathroom.
My partner left his wallet in the bar at night and it was at reception in the morning. Impressed with the honesty and the friendliness of the staff.
Location to the city centre.
No WiFi in the rooms, you have to sit in the main reception area if you want WiFi. Food is expensive for what you get, more quantity than quality. Keep your expectations low and you will be ok.
The location was great. Very handy for the airport and Dublin city centre. The check-in staff were very helpful.
Breakfast service was a bit of a let down, however the food was ok.
Convienent to airport
This was the second time in a month staying here with a colleague as we were attending a course at the Marino centre just around the corner. The room was warmer this time. Excellent location for our course.
The prices in the bar for food were very high - we decided to go elsewhere to et. The radiator in our room could also have done with a sand before being painted as the coats underneath the new coat were flaking off - this was the first thing we saw on entering the room.
Free wifi good food at reasonable prices reasonable bar prices.Bus stop to City across the road.Booked one night and stayed two nights
The people were very helpful with getting us a taxi. They also were very friendly and enjoyed visiting with us.
there was loads of pillows, nice size room, comfortable beds, staff at reception were nice
there was an unusual smell of mould or something when you walk into the hotel
We had a brief stay as we were at a course very close by. Found the staff very helpful and friendly. Appeared to be convenient for Dublin city including via public transport. Easy to find from M50/M1/N1.
Our room was quite cold but they had provided an electric heater.
The noise at night from the road outside could hear traffic all night very hard to sleep.
Cheap, comfortable and relaxing- bar is really nice and cosy
There was no wifi access in the room, was not that impressed with the restaurant menu ended up eating in a Chinese across the road and it was not nice at all.
Value for money, comfort and easy access to my meetings
I have stayed several times so I knew what to expect
The staff were very friendly, especially one woman (I think a manager) in particular who was very accommodating. The lobby was really comfortable with big seats. The high-powered shower was great as well.
The room was very tired-looking and the show-blanket that went on the end of the bed was not clean. There was a slight smell of cigarettes in my room when I checked in but I opened the windows and it went quickly.
Convenient for our trip to dublin
Got different room than what was advertised on Booked.net. No tea bags or white sugar in room, toilet handle faulty (room 316) Had to stand on chair to close curtains.
